<p>On Day 2 of India vs England’s second Test match in Hyderabad, Indian captain Rohit Sharma was feeling playful with on-field umpire Marias Erasmus.</p>

<p>After dismissing the first half of the English batting order, the hosts had a significant lead in the Test match. After dismissing Ollie Pope and Joe Root, who were both in form, Jasprit Bumrah was after his third wicket in Jonny Bairstow.</p>
<p>After hitting the pads with a deadly yorker, Indian bowler Bumrah decided to file an appeal. The Indian captain spoke with wicketkeeper KS Bharat after umpire Erasmus rejected it. Amidst all of this, the review period had ended, meaning the Indian team was unable to take the review even if they had wanted to.</p>
<p>However, captain Rohit Sharma was in a good mood because he continued their lighthearted conversation, laughing and asked the umpire, “Marais, what do you think?”</p>
<p>The skipper of India will be pleased with the effort his team has made on the pitch so far. The young gun Yashasvi Jaiswal lifted the batting unit by getting his first Test double-hundred, despite a lackluster batting display from the Indian hitters.</p>
<p>The player who was always there, Jasprit Bumrah, was the one who was able to perform well with the ball under all circumstances. Eventually, he took out Joe Root, Ollie Pope, and Jonny Bairstow for three wickets. In order to work in tandem with him, the wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav replaced the injured Ravindra Jadeja, creating a maze of deliveries that the English hitters found difficult to handle.</p>
<p>Even if the team is doing well on the field, the captain will be cautious because he knows that England will bounce back and will want to avoid repeating the errors that cost them the first Test at Visakhapatnam.</p>
